Prices for a minimum stay of 7 days
Check-In: 15:00 – 20:00 Uhr
Check-Out: 07:00 – 09:00 Uhr
Late check-in or check-out Euro 50,00.
Animal guests (dogs, cats....etc) are not accepted at our farm.
SMOKING is not allowed in our apartments !
We do not accept
arrival and departure
The apartments are at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
For a earlier check-in please call us the day before. For arrivals after 20.00 please give us a notice by phone.
On the day of departure the apartment must be left free for up to 10.00 am in the morning to allow a timely entrance to the next guests.
The local tourist tax of 2,10 €/person and night is calculated at the end of the period.
We reserve us the right to charge the final cleaning.

The prices are intended per day, for a minimum period of 5 days (4 nights) we charge a small increase
payment
The balance of the invoice is paid in cash. Unfortunately the payment in ATM, credit card or check is not possible
deposit
We appreciate a written booking by e-mail. The reservation is valid from the deposit-payment of Euro 200,00-300,00.
On the bank transfer specifiy: deposit "name of the appartment" and your name
The reservation applies as binding upon mutual written consense. In case of late arrival or early departure the accommodation costs for the entire reserved days will be charged at 100%
cancellation
to 2 months before arrival You may cancel free
from 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of your holiday
within the last 4 weeks before arrival cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price
